- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk or soy
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 spoon of MOVE protein vanilla
- In a mixer, mix vegetable milk (soy, almonds or other) with the MOVE protein for 30 seconds.
