- Soaked cashews
- 1 tbsp of blue spirulina
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1 cup of sliced pineapple
- Half a banana or half avocado (opitonnal)
- 1 portion of Vanilla or Chocolate MOVE protein
- Mix ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Place de smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
