Super Plum Smoothie

The sweet banana and prune flavours pair perfectly! This is a delicious and healthy smoothie, great for breakfast or after training.

1 to 2 portions - 5 minutes

  • 1 large cup vegetable milk (almond or soya)
  • 3 red plums, pits removed but with skin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 portion of Vanilla MOVE Protein (3 scoops)

PREPARATION

    1. Blend all ingredients at high intensity until the desired consistency is obtained.
    2. Decorate with lemon or lime zest to taste.
