Super Plum Smoothie
The sweet banana and prune flavours pair perfectly! This is a delicious and healthy smoothie, great for breakfast or after training.
1 to 2 portions - 5 minutes
- 1 large cup vegetable milk (almond or soya)
- 3 red plums, pits removed but with skin
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 portion of Vanilla MOVE Protein (3 scoops)
- Blend all ingredients at high intensity until the desired consistency is obtained.
- Decorate with lemon or lime zest to taste.
