Mixed berry smoothie bowl
Nutrient-packed ingredients mixed together for energy enhancement and radiant skin! Smoothie bowl high in minerals lipids, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, and amino acids.
Serves 2 portions - 5 minutes
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup of vegetable milk (almond or coconut)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 scoops of Vanilla MOVE protein
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Blend all of these nutrient-packed ingredients together for energy enhancement and radiant skin! We added 1 tbsp of Maca powder to our usual recipes because of it is naturally high in minerals lipids, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, and amino acids. It is also proven to improve stamina, athletic performance, and memory. Decorate with pistachios, kiwi and strawberry slices.
