  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon with almond butter (or cashew, sunflower)
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or soy
  • 4 dried or fresh pitted dates
  • 3 spoon of MOVE chocolate protein 
  • 1 or 2 shots of espresso coffee


  1. In a mixer, mix vegetable milk (soy, almonds or other) with the MOVE protein for 30 seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
