- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon with almond butter (or cashew, sunflower)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk or soy
- 4 dried or fresh pitted dates
- 3 spoon of MOVE chocolate protein
- 1 or 2 shots of espresso coffee
- In a mixer, mix vegetable milk (soy, almonds or other) with the MOVE protein for 30 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
