Spring is in the air, and that means fresh fruits and veggies are hitting the grocery stores and farmers markets. Time to blend up a classic and fresh, seasonal smoothie!
1 to 2 portions - 5 minutes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (freeze pineapple for creamy texture)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 portion of MOVE Vanilla Protein
- Decorate with mint leaves
- Blend all ingredients at high intensity until the desired consistency is obtained.
- Decorate with mint leaves and cherries.
