Nada Colada Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (freeze pineapple for creamy texture)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 portion of MOVE Vanilla Protein
  • Decorate with mint leaves


  1. Blend all ingredients at high intensity until the desired consistency is obtained.
  2. Decorate with mint leaves and cherries.
