Fruity, Tasty, Protein-Packed Açaï Bowl
Why not mix it up and pour your smoothie into a bowl? It is as tasty as in a glass plus you get to use a spoon… and you get to know the almighty açaï berrry!

- 3/4 cup açaί juice
- 1/2 cup silky tofu
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1 tablespoon açaί powder
- 1 tablespoon ground chia
- 1 portion of chocolate or vanilla protein
- 1/2 banana
- Chia, grains and fruits for garnish
- In a mixer, blend the açaï juice with the protein.
- Add all other ingredients and finish blending.
- Pour into a breakfast bowl and add fruits, chia and grains to your taste.
