Summer is not over yet! This lemon zest smoothie will keep you in the summer vibes mood!
Its creamy taste will probably remind you of a lemon tart. Not only this simple smoothie is a great way to recover after a physical effort, it is also an excellent light breakfast and/ or dessert!
To your lemons!
- 1 portion of Move Protein Vanilla (3 scoops)
- 1 cup of any vegetable milk (soy, almonds or other) )
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup of ice
- In a mixer, mix vegetable milk (soy, almonds or other) with the MOVE protein for 30 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
